I have hired Lylie to manage various projects at our community
organization over the past two years and have always been highly
satisfied and impressed with her ability to manage our process, reflect
on our dynamics, and help us achieve our goals. She has excellent
collaborative skills - she has shown her ability to work with diverse
and sometimes challenging groups, and is flexible and able to see
multiple avenues to the same end result. Lylie also has worked closely
with us on community engagement projects, which produced stronger
relationships, clearer objectives, and greater impact. Her creativity
and artistic eye are huge assets - sometimes in places you would least
expect - and these qualities translate into unique and powerful
results. Lylie is a joy to be around and I would highly recommend her
for any position she feels motivated and passionate enough to pursue. Kate Casale - Program Director, Alameda Point Collaborative
Lylie is an inspirational and wonderfully creative consultant who
brought great energy to a facilitated staff retreat. Everyone in our
organization left feeling a renewed enthusiasm for our volunteer
experience and with lots of exciting new ideas for how to improve it. Michael Lombardo - Executive Director, Reading Partners
I worked with Lylie at WEAVE, the Sacramento-County nonprofit providing
services to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Lylie
helped us bring new life into the facility in a way that was meaningful to
clients, staff, donors, and the community. Her efforts brought new
warmth, feeling, and hope to our daily work. Her ability to creatively
work within a small budget, to market with assertion, and to inspire
made her a joy to work with. Her efforts carry on to this day. She
expertly uses diverse tools to bring functional, healing outcomes. I hope I have
the chance to work with her again. Amber Stott - Program Director - WEAVE, Sacramento
Lylie Fisher is an accomplished, seasoned professional with a broad
range of skills, talents and experience. I met her in 2001, just after
the dotcom bust, when I signed up for a workshop designed by
Lylie to help those who were at a career crossroads explore what truly
motivated them to peak performance. Its primary purpose was to
facilitate informed choices in ones professional, as well as personal,
life. The experience was exceptionally productive and loads of fun.
In the years since, I have seen Lylie assess situations, determine
opportunities and develop creative solutions that encompassed detailed
strategic planning and impeccable execution. I have watched her turn
her innovative ideas into a thriving non-profit, or a well publicized
and attended art exhibit and tour. She is a first class visionary,
marketer and motivator who can take a spark of an idea and turn it into
an inferno of success. Lylie would be an asset to any organization with
a dynamic atmosphere, a talented team of employees, and a culture that
seeks and rewards inspired resolution. Corinne Lamata - Director of Annual Giving, Stanford University
