Life / Work - and me! EXPLORERS - Mid Career in Transition Group
"If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude". Maya Angelou. Often when faced with transition we try to run in the opposite direction, in fact, the best place to be is at the core of change. Whether faced with job loss, diminishing motivation to keep a job, upheaval within the workplace or nagging questions of alternative career directions, the EXPLORER group tackles the diversity of transition.
Transition is simply the uncomfortable space between satisfactions. In this context Life / Work - and me! participants are coached and supported to explore this opportunity and common questions: Current career path - am I committed to it? Where else would I like to live and work? What professional goals are still motivating? What do I need now, in 6 months, 12 months, 18 months?
